SOUTHWEST CHAMPIONSHIPS - Sunday - (Novice and Varsity)

Sunday all rowers will have breakfast at the hotel before heading out to the race course. Morning snacks will be served as well as lunch, since everyone will have to check out of the hotel on Sunday. Hospitality will be packed up after the last boat of racers has come in and finished lunch. Rowers should be back on the bus around 4:00 - 4:30 pending schedule.
6:30am - 7:30am
Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unpack hospitality bins, fill coolers with ICE, waters, and chocolate milks. Set up for breakfast - plates, napkins, utensils.

7:30am - 11:30am
Morning Snack Hospitality
Prepare morning snack items for rowers - Slice fruit, put out breakfast items (oatmeal, nuts, etc)
Breakfast clean up

11:30am - 3:30pm
Lunch/Snack Hospitality
Prep and serve lunch for Rowers; Ensure flow of rowers is organized and that food is replenished as needed. Clean as you go.
DO NOT clean up lunch until ALL ROWERS have finished racing and eating.

3:30pm - 4:00pm
Take home and wash dishes
Take home anything that needs to be washed and bring back to the boathouse the following week.

Hospitality Tent Clean Up
This is the final event so ONLY sealed nonperishables should be packed up.
Pack up bins and clean up area . Empty coolers. Coordinate with Trailer/Truck driver on time for loading.

8:00pm - 9:00pm
Unload trailer at LGRC
Unload trailer when it arrives at the boathouse and organize items into storage shed. We will text you when we know the time, leaving Sacramento
