Not all athletes will be racing Saturday, and only snacks and lunch will be served. Please communicate with your coach regarding when your athlete will be racing.
5:30am - 7:00am
Haul Trailer to San Pablo Res
Haul hospitality trailer to and from the venue. Trailer must arrive by 7am Saturday. You can hitch it Friday night after practice and keep it overnight if desired. Return it to boathouse Sunday afternoon.

9:30am - 10:30am
Hospitality Tent Set Up
The time for this event is TBD. We will be able to set up on Saturday and leave up for Sunday.
10:30am - 1:30pm
Hospitality Tent - Lunch
Prepare and serve food for lunch and snacks. Clean up as you go.

1:30pm - 4:30pm
Hospitality Tent - Serve Snacks
Prepare and serve snacks throughout the afternoon. Clean up as you go.

4:30pm - 6:00pm
Hospitality Tent - Final serve and then Clean UP
Finish snack shift. Then clean up the tent area. Return all items to bins, and secure bins in Hospitality trailer if needed. Ensure all food is cleaned up and trash disposed of properly.
