Haul Trailer
Haul hospitality trailer to venue in time for set up team to get to work. Able to pick up from the BH Saturday evening.

Bus Chaparones
1 CHAPERONE per bus is needed to drive up AND back with teams and coaches.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unload hospitality bins and coolers with food from car. We will need the dolly for carting. Put up LGRC signs on tents so rowers and families can easily find us.

Breakfast/Snack Shift
Prepare and serve breakfast items for rowers. Breakfast clean up

Lunch Shift
Prepare and serve lunch items for rowers. Lunch clean up

Snack Shift/Breakdown
Assist us with a snack shift and the breakdown of the Hospitality Tent at the end of the day.

Unload Trailer at BH
Help us unload the Hospitality Trailer on Sunday after racing.

Bring home any dishes that need to be washed and return to the BH within a few days.
