Notes:
Dogs are allowed in the park, but only on a leash. Dogs are not allowed along the shoreline or in the water.
From Los Gatos:
Take I-880 North
Keep right to continue on I-980 Eats, follow signs for CA-24/ Walnut Creek
Merge onto CA-24 E
Take the exit toward Moraga
Turn left onto Camino Pablo (Camino Pablo becomes San Pablo Dam Road)
Stay on Camino Pablo/ San Pablo Dam Road for two miles
Entrance for park is on your right

Panera Liaison
Serve as Liaison for Panera Bread delivery at Regatta Site. Coordinate and communicate with Driver a pick up location.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unpack bins that were stored from Saturday evening. Pull out coolers. Set up drinks and prepare tables for breakfast service.

REGATTA MANAGER(S)
Help to ensure all shifts are filled, food is scheduled and delivered/picked up, schedules are maintained or adjusted according to race schedule. Serve as point of contact for event for volunteers and vendors. This position does NOT need to necessarily attend the event or stay at the event.

Breakfast/Snack Duty
Prepare breakfast for rowers - Slice fruit, put out breakfast items (oatmeal, nuts, etc) Have hot water in kettle available, cook/serve breakfast

Chipotle Pick Up
Pick up Chipotle from local restaurant and deliver to regatta/hospitality tent for lunch

Lunch/Snack Shift
Set Up Chipotle lunch for Rowers;Ensure flow of rowers is organized and that food is replenished as needed. Lunch Clean Up Set out afternoon snacks Please DO NOT clean up lunch until ALL ROWERS have finished racing and eating.

Dish Duty
Take any dishes/tableclothes/utensils used at regatta and make sure they are washed and returned to the boathouse by the next Saturday practice.

(MONDAY) Trailer unload at Boathouse
Unload Bins from Trailer and return to Storage bin at Boathouse

Help to load up trailer / cars

Trailer Haul Back to Boathouse
This time will vary based on tent clean up. After Clean Up crew has loaded uhaul trailer, deliver trailer back to boathouse for unloading. Driver must have a tow hitch and a car suitable for towing the uhaul trailer.
