The Shamrock Invitational is a two day 2000m dual-format regatta. TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON PROJECTED RACE SCHEDULE.

7:00am - 7:00pm
HOSPITALITY MANAGER(S)
Help to ensure all shifts are filled, food is scheduled and delivered/picked up, schedules are maintained or adjusted according to race schedule. Serve as point of contact for event for volunteers and vendors. This position does NOT need to necessarily attend the event or stay at the event.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unload the LGRC Trailer, Set up tents and tables Set up grills Put up LGRC signs on tents Attach tent sides if needed Hang Clothing Hooks for bags

Morning Snack
This will be a snack breakfast- Slice fruit, put out breakfast items (granola,yogurt, nuts, etc) Breakfast clean up

(FRIDAY) Costco Run
Get list of food needed for regatta and purchase food at Costco. If food cannot be delivered to regatta site, then Coordination of food drop off must be made before trucks leave the boathouse on Friday morning.

Afternoon Snack
Rowers will likely eat out, however we will have sandwich fixings set out and available for lunch/snack. Ensure snacks are replenished.

(FRIDAY) Trailer load at Boathouse
Load cars/truck with checklist items/bins from storage bin at Boathouse.

Late Afternoon Hospitality
Ensure snacks are replenished and fruit is available for afternoon rowers

Hospitality Tent Break Down
This start time depends on the last race time, and after last race team has eaten. Please do not put food items away until ALL rowers have finished eating. We are here for them, and they get very upset when we clean up before they are done! Pack up food into coolers Pack up all other non-food items back into bins. Tents, tables, etc will stay onsite for Sunday Races. Please make sure there is nothing out of coolers or bins.
