Please note that shifts may change based on race schedules and coaches needs. We will do our best to accommodate your time/day requested if shifts have to be altered slightly.

THIS IS A THREE DAY EVENT: Chaperones are needed for hotel and buses for this event. Chaperones will be required to stay with their assigned athletes for their ENTIRE shift, meaning that if the teams are at the course, chaperones must be available at course during the day, and travel back to hotel on bus when not needed at course. Evening shifts are expected to attend dinner (at hotel) with the teams (as needed by the coaches) and be at hotel until lights out. Chaperones will be notified of their shifts at the Chaperone meeting that will be scheduled in mid-April. Chaperones must read and agree to LGRC Chaperone Policy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at the hotel for athletes, with the exception of Sunday lunch.

The special rate we are offering your team parents is $119.00 for a King room with a pull out sofa sleeper. In the room you’ll find a 42” HDTV, a computer work desk, iPod docking station, mini fridge and coffee maker. The rate includes complimentary items such as our Breakfast Skillet, Wi-Fi, parking, access to our Pool, Gym, and Business Center. Hyatt Gold Passport Members (Hyatt’s reward program) are entitled to receive HGP points for their stay as well. If a reservation needs to be cancelled, the guest must notify the Hotel 24 HOURS before the day of arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge. Check-in time is at 3:00pm, and check-out time is at 12:00pm. Reservations can be made by calling our reservation line at, 877.231.2383 and mentioning “Los Gatos Rowing Parents”, or byusing the booking link below. The cutoff date for reservations is 11:59pm on Thursday, April 2, 2015. Any unreserved rooms by the cutoff date will be released back into inventory for general sale.
