SouthWest Championships - (NOVICE AND VARSITY)

Friday athletes will have practice in the morning starting around 8am, and will return to the hotel, via bus, around noon for lunch. Rowers who have races/time trials will return to the course in the afternoon for their races. Hospitality set up can be done in the morning starting at 7am when course is open.
7:00am - 9:00am
Hospitality Tent Set Up
Hospitality items may already be in tent if we can unload on Thursday night. Otherwise the trailer or truck will need to be unloaded. Tents/tables/chairs will be provided. LGRC signs will need to be hung and blue cloth table clothes set out.
8:00am - 12:00pm
Morning Snack Shift
Set up morning snacks for athletes. Cut up fruit, set out granola, yogurts, bars, and other morning snacks.

9:00am - 9:00pm
(Thursday) Costco Run
Get list of food needed for regatta and purchase food at Costco. If food cannot be delivered to regatta site, then Coordination of food drop off must be made before trucks leave the boathouse on Friday morning.

2:00pm - 5:30pm
Afternoon Snack
Set out afternoon snacks/chocolate milks, waters, fruit for rowers during time trials.

5:30pm - 6:30pm
Hospitality Tent Clean Up
Put away all food, plates, and utensils into bins. Hospitality items will stay in the tent overnight.
