SouthWest Championships - (NOVICE AND VARSITY)

Sunday all rowers will have breakfast at the hotel before heading out to the race course. Morning snacks will be served as well as Chipotle lunch, since everyone will have to check out of the hotel on Sunday. Hospitality will be packed up after the last boat of racers has come in and finished lunch. Rowers should be back on the bus around 4:00 - 4:30 pending schedule.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unpack hospitality bins, fill coolers with ICE, waters, and chocolate milks. Set up for breakfast - plates, napkins, utensils.

Morning Snack Shift
Prepare morning snack items for rowers - Slice fruit, put out breakfast items (oatmeal, nuts, etc)
Breakfast clean up

10:30am - 11:30am
Chipotle Pick Up
Pick up Chipotle lunch items from designated Chipotle and drive them up to Regatta.

11:00am - 2:30pm
Lunch/Snack Shift
Set Up Chipotle lunch for Rowers;Ensure flow of rowers is organized and that food is replenished as needed.
Lunch Clean Up
Set out afternoon snacks
Please DO NOT clean up lunch until ALL ROWERS have finished racing and eating.

3:30pm - 5:00pm
Hospitality Tent Clean Up
Please make sure that ALL ROWERS have eaten lunch before packing up lunch items.
Pack up bins and clean up area . Empty coolers. Coordinate with Trailer/Truck driver on time for loading.
4:30pm - 7:00pm
Haul Trailer to Boathouse
Coordinate with Tent Clean up crew to get truck/trailer packed. Haul trailer/Truck back to boathouse in LG. Driver must be able to tow a trailer or have a truck or SUV big enough to haul bins and coolers.
5:00pm - 7:00pm
Bus Chaperone (Women)
Accompany womens teams on bus from Regatta back down to LG.
