SouthWest Championships - Wednesday - (Novice and Varsity)

Southwest championships is a FULL weekend event at Lake Natoma. The hospitality trailer will need to be loaded Wednesday afternoon so it can be driven up Thursday. Friday will be a practice day, Saturday a full day of racing, and Sunday a partial day of racing, pending the schedules. Final race schedules have not been released and shift times may change according to race details.

Costco run - Wednesday
Purchase list of items needed for the weekend from Costco. Coordinate with Trailer load volunteer to load groceries onto trailer on Wednesday afternoon.

Coordinate with trailer/truck driver to get vehicle loaded with hospitality bins from boathouse
