4:00am - 6:30am
Drive Trailer
Drive hospitality trailer to venue in time for set up team to get to work. Able to pick up from the boathouse Friday evening.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unload hospitality bins and coolers with food from car. We will need the dolly for carting. Put up LGRC signs on tents so rowers and families can easily find us.

Breakfast/Snack Shift
Prepare and serve breakfast items for rowers. Breakfast clean up

Lunch Shift
Prepare and serve lunch items for rowers. Lunch clean up

12:00pm - 2:00pm
Snack Shift/Breakdown
Assist with a snack shift and the breakdown of the Hospitality Tent at the end of the day.

6:00pm - 7:00pm
Unload Trailer at boathouse
Help unload the Hospitality Trailer on Saturday after racing.

Bring home any dishes that need to be washed and return to the boathouse within a few days.
