Tent Setup & Breakfast
Unload the LGRC Trailer,
Set up tents and tables.
Prep breakfast/snacks and oversee fueling our athletes for the morning. Clean up as you go.

Breakfast/Lunch
Continue breakfast/snack service. Clean up as you go. Prepare for lunch delivery and transition from breakfast.

Lunch/Snacks
Continue to serve lunch and snacks.

3:00pm - 6:00pm
Final Lunch/Snack/Breakdown
Continue to serve lunch/snacks. Once all athletes have finished racing and have had a chance to eat, (last race at 5:16p), start cleanup. Thoroughly clean up and break down tables, tents, etc. Load trailer.
