Evening of Excellence is the premier celebration of SCLA for the seniors. They display their projects in the commons and then we move to the auditorium for presentations and awards. It is a fun celebration of four years in SCLA!

We need many volunteers to pull off this event.
Come "pay it forward" for the seniors and volunteer!!

4:30pm - 6:00pm
Set up
We move everything out of the cafeteria and get things decorated for a classy evening!

Get the trays of food set up and pretty for display!

Senior assistants / Greeters
Help the seniors set up displays and greet and welcome our guests

Help with the food during the event- keep tables clean and trays full

As soon as the program moves to the auditorium we start kitchen cleanup so we are not here all night!!
