10am - Sit & Be Fit

Join either the upstairs group or the downstairs group for a great morning of perking up the residents with some morning fitness. We will help them stretch out their sore muscles to get more limber, then work those muscles to make them stronger. Encourage the residents to follow along and work to their max. Make it fun and be energetic.
