4pm: Noodle Balloon

One of the funnest games we have here. Grab a resident and put them in a circle in the TV room. Grab some balloons from downstairs along with the pool noodles. Hand each resident playing a noodle and throw the balloons in the air. The goal is to not let the balloons touch the ground. Be excited and really get into this game!
