Volunteers are needed for setting up and taking down (2 volunteers to set up, 2 volunteers to clean up!) the meet and greet/PIN for Upper El and Middle School.

6:00pm - 6:30pm
Set Up

Please arrive at 6:00 p.m. to arrange tables, collect serving ware, glassware, and silverware. Find vase for flowers, tablecloth, arrange chairs, etc.

Flowers

Please bring 1-2 bouquets of flowers to display on refreshment tables.

Please bring snack foods/appetizers for 25 people. Please list what you will be bringing so we do not double up on anything!

Please bring drinks for 25 people. Please list what you will be bringing so we do not double up on anything! Please keep in mind to have a mix of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

Dish Washing

Please stay after the meeting to wash all used dishes by hand.

Clean Up

Please stay after the meeting concludes to return tablecloth, move all all flatware, serving ware, etc to sink. Return chairs to correct locations.
