-One designated chili sign hanging, chef station set up folks
-One person to set out bus, tub, trash can, ramekin, spoons, etc. person
-One person to set up activities stations/ signs
-Two people to organize the fixings and get them set up at a table
-One Someone to set up the dish cleaning/ storage station for after the event
-One person to be a floater/ helper to help the other volunteers as needed during set up

Check tickets; assist with traffic flow.

Assist our middle schoolers who will be face painting and/or use your for face painting. Assist with applying temporary tattoos.

Oversee activities and assist with any pop-up needs.

Take tubs of Dishes home to wash and return to school on Monday

Wash cloth items and return to school on Monday

-Pick up any remaining trash from the playground (hopefully no smashed pumpkins)
-Pumpkins should be stored in lower el on a table by the office (so that classrooms can use them for studies later that week)
-Trash Cans should be emptied and taken to the blue dumpster by the church
-Bus tubs should be cleaned and put in the area designated for storage
-Dishes and dish area cleaned and set aside to be stored again in PAC storage
-Tables should be cleaned and broken down and put inside Steve can tell us where he wants them
-Electrical cords put into the storage box put in the area designated for storage
-Haybales moved off of the playground and returned to the owner - they can be moved to the wooden stage on the outer lot for pickup if needed
