YWCA Prom Project Booth / Setup & Break Down
Thursday, August 09 2018
The YWCA of Orange County is a non-profit organization based in Fullerton. They are seeking volunteers to assist us in the set up and take down its Prom Project Fundraising booth at the Fullerton Farmers Market. The work entails moving boxes into a rep's SUV and pulling dress racks from their offices at 215 E. Commonwealth Ave one block to the Fullerton Plaza adjacent to the Fullerton Museum on Wilshire & Pomona. Once at the market, they need help setting up the pop top and unloading the SUV.
The are also looking for volunteers that are available to assist at the end of the Market, when all the merchandise and equipment would be packed and dragged back to the YWCA. This would be an approximately 1.5 hour shift, but volunteers are allowed to round-up to 2 hours.
