Fullerton Service League of Boys

Volunteers are needed to direct traffic and parking for the annual Gala event.

Parking is limited at the event site, so please either arrange for volunteer drop-off and pickup, or see the parking info below.

Parking instructions: Volunteers are asked to park their cars at the Elks Lodge (1400 Elks view Lane, Fullerton, CA 92835), then take a shuttle to go to Tara's Chance event site (219 E Claire Ave, Fullerton, CA 92835). Free shuttle will be running between the Elks Lodge and the event site.

Attire: SLOBs T-Shirt and closed toed shoes.

Adult volunteer: Please take attendance and group pictures of all volunteers. Then text the info and photos to Debbie at (949) 413-5801.

Hour log: If a volunteer arrives on time, please the log the greater of two hours or actual number of hours worked, rounded to the nearest half hour.

Note: All volunteers are encouraged to download the Track It Forward mobile app (aka Volunteer Time Tracking) and log hours at the event site, which confirms the attendance of the volunteers. The mobile app can be used to signup for a current or future volunteer event, and to log hours at the event site on the day of the event; however, it does not work for cancelling a future event or log hours for an event after the event date.
