We are excited to offer individuals, groups, and organizations the opportunity to help clean our adopted beach on Coronado Island, at the Silver Strand Beach. We hold these cleanups once a month to clean litter and monitor for any signs of pollution or other issues.

By participating in the “Clean Beach Initiative”, you will be making a direct impact on the health and beauty of our beaches, and helping to preserve them for future generations to enjoy. Whether you’re a community group, a business, or just an individual looking to make a difference, we welcome your participation.

To become a member of the “Clean Our Adopted Beach Initiative”, please follow these simple steps:

Fill out the registration form on our website.
Choose a beach and section to adopt from our list of available options.
Attend a mandatory orientation and training session before your first cleanup.
Schedule and conduct regular beach cleanups at least 4 times a year.
Report any pollution or issues found during your cleanups to the program coordinator.
