Seeking a reserve van driver for the Choral Music class field trip to a rehearsal/performance by the internationally acclaimed Mt. SAC Chamber Singers at Mt. San Antonio College. 15-minute drive on surface streets from PC. Instructor will be driving one van, and another parent has already volunteered to drive the second van. However, we need a second volunteer to serve as a reserve driver to ensure our transportation needs will be met. The reserve driver must report to the school at 2 p.m. If the reserve driver is not needed to actually drive the van, the reserve driver will earn one service hour for coming to the school as a reserve driver. The reserve driver will then have the option of acting as an additional chaperone to earn two additional parent service hours. In that event, however, the reserve driver will need to drive his/her own car. The vans need to depart at 2:15 p.m. sharp, so arrive 15 minutes early to sign in as visitor and provide a copy of your valid driver's license. Event ends at 4:30, and we will be returning to PC by 5 p.m. Van is an automatic shift vehicle, standard passenger driver's license required.
