Each baker should provide 2 dozen of the signed-up item. **Packaging for the baked items will be provided by the Pics w/ St Nick committee** Please add your student name and class room in the ‘Message to the Organizer’ section before completing this sign up form to ensure delivery of the packaging.

Items can be dropped off during the day on Saturday, 12/3 (hours to be determined) or the morning of Sunday, 12/4 by 9:30am.

3 hours of service will be given towards commitment to service for each event.

Please note the following:
· All items need to be nut free.
· The items must be baked not store bought.
· If a gluten free item is provided, please make sure it’s labeled.
