**Job Description: Cashless Concession Stand Attendant**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashless Concession Stand Attendants at Spectrum Center. As a Cashless Concession Stand Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to patrons by assisting with food and beverage orders, processing transactions through our cashless payment system, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment during events and games at Spectrum Center.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and attentive service to patrons, greet guests with a welcoming demeanor, and assist with menu inquiries and recommendations. Ensure that all guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their concession stand experience.

2. **Order Processing:** Receive and accurately process food and beverage orders using our cashless payment system. Familiarize yourself with the menu items, pricing, and available options to efficiently assist guests with their selections.

3. **Cashless Transactions:** Operate handheld devices or point-of-sale terminals to process cashless transactions, including credit/debit card payments, mobile payments, and contactless payments. Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest payment information at all times.

4. **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of the concession stand menu offerings, including food items, beverages, and specialty items. Stay informed about any promotions or special offers to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.

5. **Order Fulfillment:** Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure that orders are accurate, complete, and presented in an appealing manner to enhance the guest experience.

6. **Cleanliness and Sanitation:** Adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic concession stand environment. Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and disposal to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses.

7. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with fellow concession stand attendants and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and teamwork. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, address issues, and support each other during busy periods.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cashless payment systems and point-of-sale technology is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, especially during events and games.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and fulfilling orders.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the concession stand area.
- Capacity to lift and carry trays, beverage containers, and other items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a crowded and noisy environment, with exposure to varying temperatures and kitchen equipment.
