Spectrum Center is a premier sports and entertainment venue located in the heart of Charlotte, NC. As the home of the NBA's Charlotte Hornets and host to a variety of concerts, family shows, and special events, Spectrum Center provides a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere for guests and fans.

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with operating concession stands during events at Spectrum Center. Volunteers will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees.

**Volunteer Duties:**
- Setting up and organizing concession stands before events.
- Greeting guests and providing information about menu items and specials.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently using a POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Preparing and serving food and drinks according to established standards.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions securely.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of concession stand areas.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation.
