Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Service:** Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- **Food and Beverage Preparation:** Prepare and serve food items and beverages according to the established standards and health regulations, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor and restock inventory as needed. Report any shortages or discrepancies to the Concessions Manager to ensure adequate supplies for each event.
- **Sanitation and Cleanliness:** Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and utensils. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- **Compliance:** Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Assist in setting up and breaking down the concessions stand before and after events.
- **Promotion and Sales:** Promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue.
Qualifications:
- **Experience:** Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Availability:** Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during soccer events.
-Certifications:** Food Handler’s Permit or equivalent (preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary).
