This event brings new parents to campus for a welcome, orientation and barbecue dinner. Parents are needed to set-up, barbecue, supervise food line and clean-up.
4:30pm - 7:00pm
Food Prep
Cutting and plating fixing for hamburgers. Setting up buffet line.
6:00pm - 8:00pm
Clean-up
Cleaning up buffet line
