An adults only evening of Bingo, food, drinks, and FUN! Help from home or during the event!

10:00am - 3:00pm
Wash tablecloths
Wash, dry, fold tablecloths at home & bring to set-up for event. Fair Share Hours from home! Take home a bag of tablecloths to wash/dry/fold. If you are attending the event, and stay till the end, you can take home with you! If not, we can meet up on Sunday morning. Call/text Ericka to arrange pick-up 719-238-4117.

1:00pm - 6:00pm
Store & set food (no baking/prep)
Snack set-up & delivering stored already baked goods. People needed to help: Set up table treats at Bingo tables. Help volunteers bring in food to the kitchen. Set out food on buffet table - place extras back in kitchen to be put out as needed. Set out food on desert table.
1:00pm - 10:00pm
Event Runner- Double Hours
Help where needed on the day of the event. Help with any and all tasks needed throughout the event. Some examples may be: Take messages to the bingo caller, food/boos runs, assist kitchen volunteers, troubleshoot check-in guests, sell/count Blackout, facilitate directions from myself to kitchen and bingo hall volunteers. Monitor schedule and help us keep in time with the order of events. This is such an important job we are offering DOUBLE HOURS !
2:30pm - 5:30pm
Keg Pick-up
Need a large vehicle to pick-up and deliver full kegs. Must be able to pick-up and carry the weight of a keg. Deliver to the school by 3:30. Help bartenders set out kegs at the bar and store reserves in kitchen.

Pick up Cupcakes & drop off
Pick up Cupcakes from vendor & drop off at event. Nothing Bundt Cakes 9895 SE Sunnyside Road. Help other volunteers unload cupcakes into the kitchen. Arrange cupcakes on serving trays. Text/call Ericka with questions 719-238-4117.

3:30pm - 7:00pm
Set-Up Team for Fri. Nov. 22
Come help set-up afterschool on Friday for the event. It usually takes 2-3 hours to do the whole gym and cafeteria. You are welcome to show up anytime between 3-7pm to help! This is an all-hands-on-deck job: Setup Team we will lay out the carpet squares, set out the tables and chairs, and decorate (tablecloths/table decor)If you can arrive earlier than 3:30, that is great! Meet in the gym entryway anytime beginning 2:30pm. Will need help taking out all decorations/supplies from the back closet in the Xavier Room.
4:00pm - 5:30pm
Pick up Pizza
Pick up pizza & drop off. Set out food in the kitchen, on the main counters that face the cafeteria. Paper plates, napkins, and water cooler will be out on this counter too. Order ready for pick-up at 5pm: Pizza Hut 7901 SE Powell. You are welcome to come earlier and/or stay later to help with set-up too.
4:00pm - 10:00pm
Work the Bingo Floor
Verify bingos & sell blackout. Verify Bingo round winners by checking card numbers against Bingo board. Sell BlackOut cards on the floor. Take photos of Bingo Winners! Help bus/clean up tables during Bingo .PLEASE NOTE: If you are a first time volunteer for this position please report on time at 4pm to receive directions for how to work the floor.
4:30pm - 7:00pm
Work Check-in
Check-in guests, sell raffle & blackout at entry. Assisting with taking or recording payments (admission, raffle tickets, blackout bucks). Helpful if you are comfortable with taking square payments!* Greet and show guests to their table* Help manage the inflow of guests.
5:00pm - 10:00pm
Kitchen Maintenence
Maintain buffet, re-stock, clear & clean. Maintaining buffet table - refilling items, clearing out empty containers (food, sides, silverware) clear and clean out dinner buffet table and dessert table, clear and clean kitchen counters and floors, dishwashing. Please note: shift time ends when kitchen is cleaned and closed down for the evening, so may end earlier than 10pm. DOUBLE HOURS FOR THIS SHIFT!

Turkey Distribution
Bag & hand out frozen turkeys to Bingo winners as they leave the event. Bag and hand out turkeys to the winners. Some people leave the event early, so there may be a few early pick-ups. While waiting between turkey hand-outs, please assist kitchen volunteers to clean out kitchen so we can shut that area down for the night as soon as possible!
9:30pm - 11:00pm
Clean-up Crew-Double hours
Clean-up after the event-double fair share hours. Takedown of the gym, pickup any trash, collapse and put away tables, pick up carpets, and sweep floors. If you want to show up early for this shift to get more hours, it would be greatly appreciated to have extra help cleaning out the cafeteria (check-in areas and kitchen) prior to the end of Bingo to get a head-start on clean-up. WE REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS! Thank you for your support!
Bake & Bring Brownies
Bake at home & drop off Baking, cutting, and placing brownie squares onto serving trays - all of which can be done from your very own kitchen. We will provide all you need for baking. Boxed brownie mix, ingredients, pans, parchment paper, saran wrap, serving trays. Please have food at the school cafeteria/kitchen no later than 2pm on Saturday 11/23. Bake & Bring Cut Cornbread
Bake & cut from home & drop off. We need help with cutting the prepared cornbread loaves onto serving trays - all of which can be done from your very own kitchen. We will provide all you need: Baked cornbread, saran wrap, serving trays. Please have trays of cornbread at the school cafeteria/kitchen no later than 2pm on Saturday 11/23. Prepare veggie trays
Cut & arrange from home & drop off. We need help with making the vegetable trays for the buffet dinner table. You can do this job from your own kitchen. We will provide all supplies to make the trays: veggies, pita bread, serving trays, saran wrap. Please bring trays wrapped (ready to be placed at buffet table) no later than 2pm on Saturday 11/23 in the school cafeteria/kitchen. Prepare side food items
Prepare from home & drop off. We need help with preparing all the side items for the buffet table (toppings for salad and chili) All of this can be done from your very own kitchen. Please bring all prepped side items no later than 2pm on Saturday 11/23 in the school cafeteria/kitchen. Roll Silverware

Bake potatoes
Bake & keep warm from home & drop off. We need help with the baked potatoes for the buffet dinner - you can do this job in your very own kitchen. All supplies provided for you: potatoes, foil wraps, serving trays. Please plan to bake potatoes on Saturday, November 23rd to ensure an on-time delivery to the school kitchen/cafeteria at 5pm. Prepare Hot Dogs
Cook & keep warm from home & drop off. We need help with cooking hotdogs for the buffet dinner - you can do this in your own kitchen, then transport to the school. We will provide all materials: large pot, hot dogs, foil serving trays. Please cook hotdogs on Saturday, November 23rd for an on-time food delivery to the school gym/cafeteria by 5:00pm.
