Rubina's involvement in volunteering began in grade school and continued through high school, where she actively participated in service projects with her Girl Scout troop. In college, she continued volunteering by joining a service-focused sorority which aimed to serve her university and the surrounding community.

Additionally, Rubina’s involvement in arts-based nonprofits sparked her interest in administration and support roles within community-based organizations. With experience in nonprofit community outreach and customer service, Rubina is excited to support organizations in optimizing Track it Forward’s services!

When she's not assisting customers, Rubina enjoys working on her numerous craft projects, exploring new places, or unwinding with a puzzle or book.
