Our team just launched a new update for the milestone system to make it easier for administrators to award milestones after volunteers fulfill a requirement! Milestone awards are a great way to track when volunteers have reached an hourly goal and ensure you follow up with them accordingly. In most cases, organizations use this feature to track when a volunteer has received their reward, thank you note, etc.
This initial update includes:
Ability to award milestones in bulk for multiple volunteers at once
Option to send a notification email to volunteers when they’ve been awarded
Milestones from previous period are differentiated by date range
Enhanced capabilities for modifying hours after milestone is achieved
Minor bug fixes
