SBS Food Booth Fundraiser Sunday March 10

GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO EARN SERVICE HOURS! We're half way through the year and what a great way to earn your service hours. Every family is required to do 40 hours of service. We are seeking volunteers to help with food booth. Booth will be set up near church entrance. MENU-TACO PLATE W/RICE AND BEANS OR CARNE ASADA BURRITO. Please sign up for a shift or make a donation. Booth will be open for guests after 8am-12:30 masses. Please reply to Track it Forward. If you have any questions please contact the school office.You are also welcomed to make a $10 to help cover supplies! We look forward to seeing you there!

Donation/salsa hot and mild
Seeking volunteers to make homemade salsa and or guacamole. Drop off donations to food booth by 8am. We need supplies to cover 2-4 masses.

6 dz pk Burrito Size toritillas. 1-2 volunteers needed to donate packages.

34 dz pk Taco size tortillas. 1-6 volunteers needed to donated pks of tortillas.

First Shift-Set up
Volunteers will help with various duties to include, setting up tables, prepare chairs, canopies, supplies, cashier, prepare food server.
9:30am - 12:30pm
Second Shift
Prepare for next mass, clean up tables, serve food, cashier, etc.
12:30pm - 3:00pm
Third Shift-Cleaning and Preparing for next mass
Preparing and cleaning up for 12:30 mass. Serving food, cashier, help with breakdown of tables, chairs and clean up. Breakdown, clean up, pack up.
