Health Law Project - Public Law Center

Public Law Center's Health Law unit has several medical-legal partnerships (MLPs) throughout Orange County, including a specialty MLP assisting low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Students would have the opportunity to assist PLC health law attorneys with cases from the MLPs, primarily involving healthcare and benefits-related civil legal issues.
Estimated time commitment: 4 hours per week (flexible depending on students' schedules). Discrete projects that take a shorter amount of time, such as a research memo, may also be available.
