Employment Rights Clinic with Bet Tzedek

Bet Tzedek Legal Services is accepting applications for its Employment Right Project ("ERP") clinic. Volunteers conduct phone intakes from their homes or offices under the supervision of Bet Tzedek's ERP staff attorneys. The telephonic clinic is held each Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 pm. Volunteer shifts range from 90 minutes to the entire clinic, depending on the volunteer's availability and client needs.
Knowledge of employment law is not necessary. Oral proficiency or fluency in Spanish and other languages that Bet Tzedek's clients speak is preferred but not required.
