*SUNDAY* SOUTHWEST CHAMPIONSHIPS

Regional championship finals for athletes who qualified at semi-finals on Saturday. Athletes pack up hotel rooms, and either compete or cheer on teammates at the racing site. Catered lunch provided at the racecourse for all athletes. Final hospitality area breakdown at the conclusion of events and podium awards. Final teardown takes place after athletes have boarded busses back to LG. Please sign up for the final shift if you can commit to staying.
6:30am - 8:30am
Hospitality Tent Set Up
Set up hospitality area for the day. Unload food from the van, set up bagels, snack and water stations. Monitor food tables for refills, keep tent area tidy.

8:30am - 11:30am
Morning Hospitality/Prepare for Lunch
Monitor snacks and water stations. At 11:00, prepare area for lunch service by setting up chafing dishes and clearing space for athlete lunch.

11:30am - 2:30pm
Lunch/Snack Hospitality
Serve lunch for Rowers; Ensure flow of rowers is organized and that food is replenished as needed. Clean as you go.
DO NOT clean up lunch until ALL ROWERS have finished racing and eating.

2:30pm - 4:30pm
Lunch/Snack Hospitality
Continue service lunch and snacks to all athletes. Do not clean up until all athletes have completed racing. Offer snack bags/to go food for athletes to take on the bus ride back to Los Gatos. Tidy tent area.
4:30pm - 5:30pm
Final hospitality clean up, breakdown and loading to the van
Final clean up and breakdown of our hospitality tent area. Left over perishable food packed or discarded, coolers drained and cleaned, hospitality bins packed and loaded into the van, final clean up of tent site. *Note - this shift works past when athletes have boarded busses back to LG. Please sign up if you can stay after podium events. We can move quickly if volunteers commit to the shift!
