Not all athletes will be racing Saturday, and only snack and lunch will be served. If it is rainy, please be prepared for very muddy conditions.
Rece times are 11am to 6pm.

Notes:
Dogs are allowed in the park, but only on a leash. Dogs are not allowed along the shoreline or in the water.

From Los Gatos:

Take I-880 North
Keep right to continue on I-980 Eats, follow signs for CA-24/ Walnut Creek
Merge onto CA-24 E
Take the exit toward Moraga
Turn left onto Camino Pablo (Camino Pablo becomes San Pablo Dam Road)
Stay on Camino Pablo/ San Pablo Dam Road for two miles
Entrance for park is on your right

5:30am - 7:00am
Haul Trailer to San Pablo Res
Haul hospitality trailer to and from the venue. Trailer must arrive by 7am Saturday. You can hitch it Friday night after practice and keep it overnight if desired. Return it to boathouse Sunday afternoon.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
The time for this event is TBD. We will be able to set up on Saturday and leave up for Sunday.

Hospitality Tent - Lunch
Prepare and serve food for lunch and snacks. Clean up as you go.

(THURSDAY or FRIDAY) Costco Run
Purchase food for regatta at Costco and/or Safeway. Be prepared to go to more than one store to fulfill the food list (provided by hospitality manager). Please front the cost and get reimbursed. Coordinate with the trailer loader for when to drop off the purchased items.

Hospitality Tent - Serve Snacks
Prepare and serve snacks throughout the afternoon. Clean up as you go.

(FRIDAY) Trailer load at Boathouse
Load Trailer with checklist items/bins from storage bin at Boathouse.

4:00pm - 5:00pm
FRIDAY - Bring 2 dozen homemade muffins or baked breakfast goods to boathouse on Friday or send with your rower Saturday morning.

4:30pm - 6:00pm
Hospitality Tent - Final serve and then Clean UP
Finish snack shift. Then clean up the tent area. Return all items to bins, and secure bins in Hospitality trailer if needed. Ensure all food is cleaned up and trash disposed of properly.
