Volunteer times are subject to change based on finalized race schedule.
Because the Pullman Hotel is right on site, we will rent a conference room where athletes can rest between races and do homework.

5:00am - 6:00am
Haul Trailer
Haul hospitality trailer to and from the venue. Trailer must arrive no later than 5:45 am. You can hitch it Saturday after practice and keep it overnight if desired. Return it to boathouse Sunday afternoon.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unload the LGRC Trailer, Set up tents and tables Set up grills Put up LGRC signs on tents Attach tent sides if needed Hang Clothing Hooks for bags

Prepare and serve breakfast and snacks, cleaning as you go.

Hospitality Tent Break Down
This start time depends on the last race time, so please pay attention to the race schedule. Clean up. Pack up. Unless it's really windy you can leave up the tents and tables for the next day's races. Load up bins/food/etc into the trailer overnight.
