The Shamrock Invitational is a two day 2000m dual-format regatta.
Volunteer times are subject to change based on finalized race schedule.
Because the Pullman Hotel (formerly Sofitel) is right on site, we will rent a conference room where athletes can rest between races and do homework.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
Most likely the tents and large items will have been left up overnight, so bring out the bins from the trailer and set everything else up.

Prepare and serve breakfast and snacks, cleaning as you go.

Hospitality Tent Break Down
This start time depends on the last race time. Please be sure last racers got a chance to eat! Pack up tents, tables, bins, etc and load into the trailer.

5:00pm - 5:30pm
Unload trailer
Follow the trailer back to the boathouse at the end of the regatta and help unload things to the shed. Please be there right when the trailer arrives!
