San Pablo Reservoir, El Sobrante
Race Times: 9:00AM-12:35PM
Volunteer Times: 6:00AM-6:00PM Time slots are subject to change based on race day schedules.

Directions to San Pablo Reservoir: 522 San Pablo Dam Road, Orinda, CA
Take I-880 North
Keep right to continue on I-980 East, follow signs for CA-24/ Walnut Creek
Merge onto CA-24 E
Take the exit toward Moraga
Turn left onto Camino Pablo (Camino Pablo becomes San Pablo Dam Road)
Stay on Camino Pablo/ San Pablo Dam Road for two miles
Entrance for park is on your right

Please Note that without purchasing a parking permit you will need to go to the overflow parking at the north end of the lake and take the Shuttle back to the race site. Last year there were long lines to board the shuttles so plan accordingly.
Parking passes are available for purchase through the coaches.

Costco Run
Purchase supplies (from provided shopping list) at Costco during the week before the event. Note the list will be different/longer this year. Please be prepared to front the cost of the shop and be reimbursed. Deliver food to regatta or coordinate to have it go up with the trailer.

FULL DAY Hospitality Manager
One volunteer MUST have experience working regattas and have a good handle on what needs to be done to run a smooth regatta. The second may be a new parent to shadow the experienced parent.

Hospitality Tent Set Up
This is day two, so the tent should already be set up. This job is just to make sure it's all still okay.

7:00am - 8:30am
Bring coffee and hot water
Stop off to fill LGRC water jugs, and bring coffee and hot water to regatta

7:30am - 11:00am
Prep and Serve Breakfast
Prep breakfast/snacks and oversee fueling our athletes for the morning. (Change from last year: we are prepping our own food rather than picking it up from a restaurant). Clean up breakfast afterwards.

Prep and Serve Lunch
Prep lunch and oversee fueling our athletes for the afternoon. (Change from last year: we are prepping our own food rather than picking it up from a restaurant). Clean up lunch after all rowers have finished racing and eating.

TAKE HOME Dish Duty
Take home all dirty dishes, wash them, and return them to the boathouse the following practice.

2:00pm - 3:00pm
Clean Up and Break Down Tent
Thoroughly clean up everything. Break down tables, tents, etc. Load trailer. (Nothing dirty may be put in the trailer, please).

3:00pm - 4:00pm
Drive hospitality trailer to boathouse
Drive loaded Uhaul trailer to regatta site, and contact Tent Set Up team for unload. Driver must have a trailer hitch and a truck or SUV that is suitable to haul.

Unload trailer at LGRC Monday at 2pm
Unload trailer contents back to the shed on Monday at 2pm.
